The City of Collins is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of city codes and ordinances. 

The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the City of Collins Code and Ordinances.

This is where you will find the most up-to-date ordinance codes for the City of Collins.

Recently, the city passed the ordinance to have all ATV-UTV's registered and operated by a license driver, no younger than 18, for safety purposes.  If you own and wish to operate said unit on the roads within city limits, please fill out the attached form, return the required fee, collect and attach a sticker (to be updated annually) to your unit.  Thank you.
