    • 12 Month Pre-Pay = ($276 - 5% discount) = $262.20 ($21.85/month)
    • Couple Membership Fees**
    • *Monthly = $27.00
    • 3 Month Pre-Pay = $90 ($30/month)
    • 6 Month Pre-Pay = $174 ($29/month)
    • 12 Month Pre-Pay = ($348 - 5% discount) = $330.60 ($27.55/month)
    • Family Membership Fees **
    • *Monthly = $33.00
    • 3 Month Pre-Pay = $108 ($36/month)
    • 6 Month Pre-Pay = $210 ($35/month)
    • 12 Month Pre-Pay = ($420 - 5% discount) = $399 ($33.25/month)
    • *Monthly rates are available to citizens of the City of Collins when they opt to add their CWC membership fees to their utility bill.

      • Forms available in the facility $5.00 per person per day
    • Couple and Family memberships are for same household family members filing on the same tax return 
    • Proof of residence and filing status may be required.
    • One time registration fee is waived for new members age 60 and over, and Renew Active and Silver Sneakers Participants.
    • Entry key fobs are $20 each
